Welcome!

This is a revolving buddy group for women in the same part of their cycles to compare notes and symptoms. We also have a "Waiting to O" buddy group for members who are still waiting on ovulation. Every so often, a moderator will start a new thread for you.  If you feel a new thread is needed, please use the Report Abuse feature to let the moderators know.  Good Luck! Baby Dust

Hello!

skins - any update?  I think we are in similar places on our cycles :)  I hope you had a great 4th weekend!!!

marjike - I hope this is your cycle!

AFM - So, I just got an O on my chart this morning on CD 16.  I'm on CD 20 today and ever since CD 16 I have had mild nausea for most of the day, worsening in the evenings and mornings.  It is accompanied by a general achiness and heaviness in my abd, specifically the left side.  I know that it is not HcG related because of the timing, but I'm so confused by this.  I am never nauseous and have never been nauseous during my LP.   And I have never been so aware of my left abd :)  Anyone relate to this?  I'm hoping we timed BD ok before the O...I've been feeling pretty pukey lately and have NOT wanted to BD :(  I surely feel different this cycle, but I guess it could be a virus/infection as well...not running a fever though.  K, enought of my paranoia :)

Hi everyone! I am 1DPO today and in for the wait! I am so excited because this is my 4th cycle off BCP and the first one where I had an ovulation before CD35! This cycle it was CD27! Woo hoo!

Anyone a cycle buddy?

Cycle 1-3 here: http://tcoyf.com/members/rebeccas/pccharts/3.aspx

Current charts: http://tcoyf.com/members/rebeccas/charts/default.aspx

Rebecca: 31 years oldBig Smile DH: 32 years oldLaugh

TTC #1 since Jan. 2010 after 15 years on BCP.

Irregular cycles, acupuncture, one Chick (7.19.10), one Angel at 6w1d (08.23.10), 2 D&Cs, subsequent anvoluation, and onto the RE we go...

1/19/11 - diagnosed with a "subtle variant" of PCOS

2/17/10 - First Nest since July 2010 on 1500 mg of Metformin, but anov next cycle
4/9/11 - Provera, then 1st Clomid (50mg) cycle begins! Staying on 1700mg Metformin - no O
5/11 - Provera, then 100mg Clomid, 1700mg Metformin Fingers Crossed - CANCELED due to elevated estrogen and a cyst - BACK ON! Looks like I ovulated against all odds DURING AF and cyst is gone.
6/11 - No response to Clomid. About to start injectables after Provera
6/23/11 - First Gonal F (75Iu)/Ovidrel/IUI cycle begins  - CANCELED due to cysts.
6/29/11 - Ovulated right after Provera bleed AGAIN, just like in May. Cyst was a mature follicle. Now Fingers Crossed that we get lucky before starting injects/IUI.

If you're 30+, TTC#1 after loss(es), come drop by the Triple Threats for some tea & sympathy (over here...)

rebeccas, good luck this cycle!

mere, sorry you're feeling nauseous. I have no idea what that could be about

AFM - Temp was back up again today. Not sure what happened yesterday and the day before but the chart now indeed says I O-d last Wed. So I am now 6 dpo (and not 7 dpo as I originally thought). I still have this heavy feeling in my belly with the occasional cramping. Not sure if I should read anything into it or if I'm just being too nervous about the whole thing. We'll see. Sunday is my birthday and I'll be 11 dpo then, so just holding out until then.

Rebecca - I'm a cycle buddy.  I'm 3DPO right now and have a feeling this 2WW is going to be excrutiating.

Hi to everyone else, I know Rebecca from my TTC Spring 2010 group, but I'll introduce myself to the rest of you ladies.  Started TTC in November after I got married.  I'm 35 and am currently on my 2nd cycle of Clomid.  I had success last month, but it ended in a chemical pregnancy, so that was really hard and I think that's why I'm extra anxious this time around.  I also started taking Welcome Womb this month.  So hopefully that helps and keeps me from losing the baby early like I did last month.  Looking forward to providing support to you all during your 2WW!

Sarah

Me (36), DH (40) Kiss

TTC since November 2009, charting since March 2010, acupuncture, chinese herbs, fish oil, Spirulina.  IUI #1 w/ Clomid - chemical pregnancy, IUI #2 with injectables - BFP at 11DPO, Beta #1 @ 14DPO - 441, Beta #2 @ 16DPO - 915, Beta #3 @ 18 DPO - 1665, Beta #4 @ 20 DPO - 2856.  NT Scan and Sequential Screening at 12 weeks...great results, quad screening complete at 16 weeks...great results.

Anatomy scan 6/1/11....it's a boy Baby Boy!  Due - October 12, 2011.

Standard and all RPL bloodwork - normal, HSG and hysterscopy - normal, positive for ureaplasma No 4 rounds of antibiotics

June & December 2010 Angel chemical, July 2010 Angel 5 weeks 6 days, suspected ectopic

Hi ladies!  Flowers

So the wait begins...excruciating is definitely the right word for it!

I've been on the site here a few times and this is my second cycle charting, trying for #1. We've been sort of TTC for 10 months, but wasn't charting and was working 3 nightshifts a week til April, so I'm hoping it was just the schedule and lack of timing that has lengthened this wait. I did have a chemical pregnancy in May that was very strange - was spotting/light flow for 18 days before I finally miscarried - one OB thought it was probably a hemmorhagic cyst. Not fun!

Other things about me - I'm 33, husband is 32, been married 6 years. He was set on no kids til last year he had a change of heart, but I know he would be perfectly fine without them too. sigh. I'm a registered nurse - but don't work in Labor/Delivery or Pediatrics or anything, so probably won't know the answer to your question! I learned as much as anyone from the TCOYF book.

Anyhoo - I'm currently 2 DPO and my goal for this TWW is NOT TO OBSESS! Hope being here and focusing on supporting others will help that.

Nice to meet you all! Peace

I am on CD 28 today. Not sure if I O'd at all. OBGYN seemed to think I was Oing on CD13 when I was being examined but I don't think so. She said I had fertile CM but I had been taking cold medicine to fight these awful allergies. I think if I did O at all it was on CD 20 8 days ago...but not sure. I normally don't O at all without Clomid...just waiting for AF to get here so I can start it. I took an HPT 3 days ago and it was a BFN. I don't think there is any possible way I can be PG this time at all. Just waiting for AF and it is better to do it in the company of others than alone, lol. I am actually having a little breast tenderness right now, though, which I NEVER get.

I was going to do personals but my screen goes black when I write a reply...I promise to do personals sometime later. Gonna go take DS to the park for a while.

I also have a question...my right ovary seems to hurt all the time, not just during O. If I move a wrong way it feels like a sharp pain in my right side and it is worse when AF arrives. Any idea what it could be? I don't know what a cyst feels like or anything. This has been going on for about 3 months. If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Rebecca - Well it looks like you & I are on the same day! 1dpo.  I am just hoping that I have at least an 11 day LP.  I began taking B-100 Complex which has 100mg of B6 and also using progesta care cream 2x/day.  Having a holiday weekend certainly did help the BDing!  O could not have fallen on a better day! Now if I can just hold on til next Wednesday.  AF is due then if I have a short LP again. GL to you!  Let me know if you have a POAS party! Big Smile

Well here we are again... :)

Mere - I am just one day behind you, I o'd on day 15 and am on 6dpo. I too have been feeling kinda yucky the previous few days, thinking it could not mean anything ttc related, but of course hoping. Today I am feeling better, which is both good and bad.  Good luck! Fingers Crossed

Rebeccas - I am glad that your cycles are getting shorter. That must be really hard!  I recently went off the pill and started with really short cycles - getting longer. Strange things the pill does to our bodies. Good luck this cycle Baby Dust

dreamk - my birthday is coming up this month too! I am hoping and praying for a sticky bean for my birthday! I hope you get one too! Big Smile

sblake001 - I too had a chemical last month and it was really hard! I have heard of them, but didn't realize how attached we could get so quickly. I am very nervous about this cycle, but hoping and praying this is my month! I hope the same for you!Baby Dust

Juliaoj - I am glad that your dh has changed his mind. Good luck on not stressing and obsessing. If you find a way to do this, let me know! Wink

mommybug -  I would ask my ob. That doesn't sound like it feels good.

hmccall - I hope your lp is long enough but not too long to cause you stress! Baby Dust

AFM - I am cycle day 20 and am 5dpo. Last month I had a chemical which was very difficult. Now I am so nervous and wishing all the more for a sticky bfp.  Also, I have this week off of work so that is both good and bad, I have time to obsess over every little twinge and not have it interfere with work. But the bad is that I have time to obsess over every little twinge.Embarrassed

Well, good luck ladies and I hope to see lots of bfps coming soon!Baby DustBaby DustBaby Dust

Hi Ladies!

I'm new to this website and I've been just checking out the forums.  I think I'm 5 or 6 DPO.  This is my third cycle charting and 2nd cycle TTC.  Still trying to figure out some of the abbreviations used on the forums.

Nice to "meet" everyone!  Good luck!

I've only lurked a bit lately (was pretty active in the 2WW thread a few months ago), but I'm hoping to POAS Friday, and I'm NERVOUS! I haven't been temping because it was making me stressed out to the point that it was messing up my sleep patterns. So, yeah, we're hopeful this month. Been trying for about 4 months now.

Well... Good luck to everyone waiting on their BFP's...

I've been M.I.A.  I've been having a few things going on I guess.  My daughter left on Saturday July 2nd for a two week stay with the former inlaws, who are over 650 miles away... So I've been trying to keep busy so I don't miss her so much... And to help with the TWW.... I'm currently 10DPO and fighting hard against the urge to POAS.  I have one test left from the last time I was testing... My temps are still up, I've been tired all the time, and well I enjoyed a pickle or a few today... Which is odd for me because I don't generally eat pickles... Could be AF demanding something that my body is not getting right now, or ..... I'm not trying to get my hopes up...

Good luck and I have my fingers crossed for everyone... Keep your chins up... I know I'm trying to as well...

Woke up about an hour early. Temp was 97.86.  Using a BBT adjuster I charted 98.0.  However, I did not sleep well at all and woke up every few hrs.  Not sure how acurate this temp was anyway. Either way it was up, so I'm happy.

I'm just going to poke around a couple more days.  I'm 10 dpo today, tested yesterday BFN, and maybe will test tomorrow (Thursday)  if I'm having any symptoms, otherwise I'll just wait til AF on probably Friday.  Only symptoms for me so far is allergies, which I have anyway but much worse when pregnant.  So if I get nausea today or something else, I'll test tomorrow.  Seems like I'm ahead of a lot of others in my cycle.

Welcome womb is an herbal supplement for people who have miscarriages.  It's supposed to "calm" the uterus and prevent contractions.  I don't know if it really works or not, but I'm going to give it a go with my next BFP.  It doesn't need to be taken until BFP from what the website says.

Still enjoying my week off :)  After boot camp I have lunch with a friend and then have a hair cut!  Life is hard

displaced - I'm hoping for you!  Come on BFP!!

sleepsalot - we're cycle buddies :)  When will you POAS?

TTC - CD 21, 5dpo, and still nauseous.  Have been nauseous ever since O day, low level, worse in morning and night. No fever, but I also know it's too early for pg symptoms, but then again I've read stories of women who are nauseous the moment they conceive...I'm hoping I'm one of those stories :)

*slips back in*

mere- I'm missing something with the "boot camp" thing.... But enjoy the lunch and the hair cut... I would hope you'd get more than "a" hair cut... ROFL ( I couldn't resist)

displaced- I'm hoping for a BFP for you as well!

hmccall- Wow an hour early?  I've used the BBT adjsuter as well before, the book also indicates how to adjust your temp if you wake up a bit early or a bit late, I can't remember.  But Fingers Crossed for you too!

AFM- I am 11DPO and have resisted the urge to POAS this morning.  I don't have any "symptoms."  The only thing that I have had really is a headache for about a week.... that and I am exhausted, but I could blame that easily on the heat (the exhaustion part.)  Still fighting the sadness of my lil girl being so far away, I'm doing pretty good at keeping busy I suppose.  I have to make two cakes by Friday for a potluck... well for 2 potlucks.  Gotta love the DF since we work two different shifts at the same place.. Laugh

Good Luck Everyone Waiting On Their BFP.  And so sorry for those who Aunt Flo has shown her ugly head to.... Baby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuckBaby DustLuck
